SALON POLICIES

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE? 

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to get comfortable with a cup of tea, coffee or water.

If you are running late please call to speak to a salon coordinator. In the event you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may require you to reschedule so we do not interfere with the next guest appointment. 

RETAIL PRODUCT GUARANTEE 

We love our products and hope that you will too. If you find you are not satisfied with a product we will allow you to return the product within 30 days of purchase for a Salon Credit. A receipt or record of purchase in our system is required. 

DEPOSIT POICY

Bustle Salon will require a $100 deposit for services longer than 4 hours. For services under 4 hours but over $50 will require a $50 deposit. Deposits will go towards the cost of the services.

However, if you cancel less then 24 hours prior to appointment or are a no show that deposit will be kept by the salon, and you will be required to pay the remaining amount for that service.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Services require either a card on file, 50% of service prepaid, or paid in full prior to appointment. We will be charging 50% your total service in the event you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. If you happen to no- show or cancel after your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of your service.
